The BPH-900 test bench is designed to test transmissions and components of off-road heavy vehicles. This equipment is based on a multifunction platform that allows checking and calibrating different elements present in heavy machinery, from transmissions and torque converters to hydraulic components such as motors, pumps, cylinders, and valves.

It allows working in a controlled, precise, and safe environment that ensures optimal tuning of the tested components.
Given the versatility of the test bench, it is possible to test all passive elements of the heavy equipment powertrain (transmissions and converters), controlling all hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical circuits. Similarly, all hydraulic components that integrate heavy equipment, such as pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders, can be tested.

Monitoring and Control SoftwareThe control and data acquisition are based on a robust and modular PLC that allows great versatility and adaptation to each need.
The controller acquires all readings from internal and external sensors without quantity limit. With the parameters obtained in this data acquisition, all actuators and internal and external equipment of the test bench are controlled, both manually and automatically, acting safely to ensure the integrity of operators and equipment.
The Windows-based operating software offers a flexible and secure environment to generate test protocols that run autonomously. This software set plus PLC provides the operator with a reliable, efficient, and accurate means to control test conditions while providing quick information in an easy-to-interpret visual format.
